Lighting Designer (Senior Associate)

Pre-requisites:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Architectural or interior design / Lighting Design. Previous sales experience in the Lighting Industry would be a bonus.
- PC literate and proficient in MS Office and well versed in relevant software such as Autocad, Sketchup, Revit, Photoshop, Dialux Evo/ Dialux
- Capable of managing multiple projects at any one time without supervision
- Ability to communicate design ideas effectively, responsible, highly organized, flexible, and a supportive team player
- Reliable, self-motivated, focused, positive attitude, proactive and solution-oriented problem solver, able to adapt to changes in priorities, structures, tasks, and goals
- Have at least 3 – 5 years of lighting design works and project management experiences
Scope:
- Work closely with clients to develop lighting design solutions for façade, interior or landscape lighting, or related lighting technology applications.
- Presentation of lighting design, produce calculations, sketches, cut sheets, renderings, shop drawings, technical specifications to illustrate conceptual ideas.
- Prepare budget and power consumption estimates.
- Presentation to clients on the design
- Project management, review suppliers/contractors proposed lighting products, fittings, and circuitry layouts.
- Take part in lighting design or relevant international competitions
- Attend site inspections to review the quality and perform project coordination with relevant parties
Salary and remuneration:
- Basic SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,200 (open for negotiation for experience individual)
- Basic medical and insurance coverage
- 14 days annual leave
- Possible annual bonus and after per assignment/project bonus subject to overall team and individual performance

Scope:
- Project management produces engineering solutions for efficient and effective project delivery.

Marketing Manager / Senior Associate

- Capable of managing multiple projects at any one time without supervision

1. Lead Marketing Campaigns
Develop and implement branding & marketing strategies and initiatives to develop actionable marketing plans that support the organization’s integrated marketing approach.
- Develop a marketing budget, execute it within the budget limitations
- Work closely with the company’s sales and engineering teams, enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations.
- Performance tracking and review of marketing campaigns launched.
- Gather customer and market insights from current in-house marketing tools and innovative outreach strategies, generating possibly more qualified leads
2. Social Media
Responsible for social media operations, formulating marketing strategies for social media platforms, building a media matrix, including short videos, live broadcasts, social media, and forums

Looking for experienced and capable sales agent for lighting sales in build construction and property development projects and distribution among ASEAN region.
The staff will be exposed to all-rounder types of work that are both rigorous and exciting. The staff will be taught the conventional lighting skills to the latest technologies and applications for build construction industry and building materials industry.
Prerequisites
- Should be able to present well, has a clear thought process, flexible and adaptable to the situation, resourceful, and loves challenges. “Diligence and perseverance will be key.
- Hopping from different locations (job site, offices, meetings, exploring architecture and market, etc.) will be a daily thing.
- Probation of six months. Successful candidates may be offered a full-time role. Training will certainly be provided
- Salary is negotiable during interview, subject to track records and experience in sales and confidence to bring in business.
- Full salary includes basic + commission + possible special project bonus upon completion of the project.
- After probation, for confirmed staff, a basic monthly salary of SGD 1,000 to 3,000. High commission. Healthcare insurance, transportation, mobile, and internet expenses will be covered.
